่จะมารับเอาของไป เมื่อมารับเอาไปแล้วก็สบายใจ

ศีล"เอาในที่นี้หมายถึง พยามยามไม่คิดแม้แต่จะละเมิดศีล

คือพยามยามให้จิตมีศีลเป็นนิตย์ จิตไม่อยากเอาบาปแล้ว

ภาวนา"เอาในที่นี้หมายถึง จะอยู่ในท่าเดิน ท่ายืน ท่านั่ง

ท่านอน มันจะภานาอยู่ภายในใจ ไม่อยากส่งออกไปข้างนอก

เพราะยิ่งเห็นเกิดดับ มันยิ่งเบิกบานใจ ตื่น พูดหยาบๆก็คือ ใครจะ

ยังไง ช่างเขาละ อารมณ์หมายในรูป อารมณ์หมายในสัญญา

ว่าเป็นเขา ว่าเป็นเรา จิตมันไม่อยากยึดถือ เพราะมันเห็นอาร

มณ์หมายนั้นดับ

และการที่จะตั้งจิตน้อมจิตไปคิดร้าย พยาบาทเบียดเบียนผู้

อื่นสัตว์อื่นนี้ไม่มี

เพราะจะขัดกับ สัมมาสังกับปะ ทันที กลายเป็นมิจฉามรรค

มรรคทุกข้อที่ตามมาก็จะเป็นมิจฉามรรค
